Description

Graffe are Neapolitan doughnuts. They are freshly made from scratch made with flour, potatoes, eggs and butter.

Traditionally they are prepared during Carnival time.

Ingredients: flour, potatoes, eggs, water, butter, yeast, sea salt, orange extract, lemon extract, vanilla extract, liqueur.
