PanettonePistachio and Dark chocolate

Description

This is the most famous Christmas pudding around the world.

It is a cake that needs 3 days to be made.

We start with a healthy sourdough, mixing all the ingredients slowly and waiting for the perfect prooving.

Then cooked into ovens and left cool down upside down for at least 12 hours.

The most important ingredients are passion and patience.

Please order 7 days in advance at least

as we made it fresh by order only. It lasts up to 3 weeks (best before) as it has no preservatives.

You can choose Naked (in a bag only) or festive packaging (box plus ribbons).

Ingredients: Flour, Eggs, Butter, Sugar, Dark Chocolate, Pistachio past, Sunflower Lecithin, Sicilian Orange Extract, Malt, Vanilla Extract,  sea salt.

Topping: White Chocolate, Pistachio Paste, Pistachios nuts, dark chocolate chips
